The name “Passenger” is Private Limited Company registered with Security Exchange Commission Of Pakistan under the Companies Ordinance, 1984 (XLVII of 1984). Passenger is the first technology company made in Pakistan (Est.2017) offers wide range of ride hailing and logistic services through its App in Pakistan.

Passenger.PK (go anywhere) is online/offline platform for reliable and safe vehicle renting/carpooling (ride sharing) for long distance travels, where passenger connects with service provider.

Due to comfort and fast service passengers prefer this service over public and private transport services.

Initially Passenger has started its services from Islamabad/Rawalpindi to Gilgit, Hunza, Skardu, Chitral and Islamabad/Rawalpindi. Passenger offers luxuries services with Quality, Reliability, Security, Safety, Time and Cost Effectively services aiming to achieve passengers’ happiness. Passenger also offers door to door services where our drivers pick you up from your door step and drop you at your destination. Now you don’t need to go bus stops or pay for Taxi to get you bus stops secondly no more wasting the time at the end of trip to waiting at station to catch your bus. We have experienced, trained and groomed local drivers they are going to ensure you high quality of services and secure facilities which will help you to enjoy the long route journeys.

What is the verification code?

Code will automatically generated by the system when you sign up with Passenger (Go Anywhere). You will receive code via SMS automatically after completing Sign up.

Why is my account blocked?

If app notify you that you have negative outstanding balance on your account, this may have caused your account to be blocked.

In order to keep enjoying Passenger (Go Anywhere) service, please top up your credit balance to unblock your account.

How can I see my past and upcoming trips?

Open Passenger (Go Anywhere) app & follow steps to see your trip history:

• Tap menu icon on the top corner of app.

• Click “History or Advance Booking”.

• Click "HISTORY" to check past rides or "Advance Booking" to see your upcoming rides.

I didn’t receive my verification code?

Due to network failure or other unforeseen reason, verification SMS may not be received on your mobile. Kindly try again after few seconds and you will receive the code. Please make sure mobile number has been entered correctly preceded by the correct country code.

How can I register for Passenger (Go Anywhere) services?

To register Passenger (Go Anywhere) through website/app please follow these steps:


1. Open Passenger (Go Anywhere) website/app.


2. Tap on Sign Up.


3. Provide the requested information:
o Full name
o Valid email address
o Password (kindly choose a complex one for security)
o Valid mobile number (on which you will receive the verification code).


4. Tap on sign up after filling the relevant data.


5. You will be requested to enter 8 digits verification code, which you will receive via SMS.


6. Kindly enter the verification code and confirm.

Congratulations! You are now ready to enjoy your first ride with Passenger (Go Anywhere)!
